The ideal candidate will excel in creating and executing low-budget, high-ROAS ad campaigns, using out-of-the-box strategies to deliver exceptional results.Key Responsibilities:Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.Focus on maximizing ROAS for small businesses with limited budgets.Think creatively to implement unique and effective ad strategies.Monitor and adjust campaigns to achieve the best possible results in real-time.Provide detailed reporting and insights on campaign performance.Requirements:Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns for small business owners in North America.Demonstrable success in achieving high ROAS with low budgets.Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other ad platforms.A portfolio or full case study showcasing how you helped a small business owner grow with a limited monthly budget.Ability to think creatively and implement unconventional strategies to drive success.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with a variety of small businesses across different industries.Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
