Job Title: Business Development Specialist (1-2 years Exp)Location: BangaloreDepartment: Sales Job Summary:The Business Development Specialist will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, an eagerness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Market Research: Identify new markets, identify new prospects.Lead Management:Handle and qualify inbound leads through calls, emails, and other platforms.Generate and nurture outbound leads through cold outreach (email, LinkedIn,cold calls, etc.).Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.Sales & Business Development:Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and propose suitablesolutions.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed salestargets.Build strong relationships with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.Collaboration & Reporting:Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth handoverand client onboarding.Reporting:Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline progress, and closed deals.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively positionthe company.Qualifications:Education: should be master's in marketing / Sales or similar qualification.Skills Set:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.Preferred Qualifications:Internship experience in business development, sales, or marketing.Familiarity with CRM software and tools.Personal Attributes:Highly motivated and self-driven.Positive attitude and proactive approach.Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
