Walletdoc is a fast-growing fintech company focused on providing innovative financial solutions. As we expand, we are looking for an energetic and strategic HR Manager to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building a positive company culture, fostering employee growth, and ensuring that our HR processes support the growth of our business. Responsibilities:• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and industry best practices.• Lead the recruitment process, ensuring timely hiring of talented professionals across various functions.• Act as a trusted advisor to both employees and management on HR-related matters, offering solutions to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.• Oversee employee benefits and compensation, ensuring competitiveness in the market.• Promote a positive company culture by organizing team-building activities, employee wellness programs, and recognition schemes.• Maintain HR records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with local labor laws.• Monitor and manage employee performance reviews and development programs.• Implement training and development programs to support the growth of employees and the company.• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory HR requirements.Qualifications:• Proven experience as an HR Manager, ideally in a technology-driven company.• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR best practices.• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle sensitive information with discretion.• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations.• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus).
