We deliver our services to individuals as well as educational systems and institutions to explore the factors that would help them to align their career path in the future, based on their current quests in life.Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Senior Career Counsellor to provide comprehensive career guidance to students. The ideal candidate will assist students in making informed decisions about their educational and career paths, helping them achieve their academic and professional goals.Key ResponsibilitiesCareer Counselling: Provide individualized and group career counselling sessions to support students' academic, career, and personal development.Student Assessment: Evaluate students' interests, strengths, and goals to guide them towards suitable educational and career choices.Educational Guidance: Assist students in exploring educational programs, colleges, and universities, offering insights into admission processes and requirements.Stay Informed: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational and career trends, job market demands, and emerging opportunities to offer accurate guidance.Assessment Tools: Administer and interpret aptitude tests, interest inventories, and personality assessments to help students understand their strengths and preferences.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of counselling sessions, student progress, and assessments.Workshops & Programs: Develop and conduct workshops on career planning, resume building, interview skills, and academic goal setting.Key Requirements3-4 years of experience as an Educational Career Counsellor or in a related role.A Master’s degree in PsychologyImplementation Skills for 1-1 Session / Group Session & ActivityTeam HandlingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of educational systems, career options, and admission processes.Familiarity with aptitude tests, interest inventories, and personality assessments.Empathy and the ability to provide appropriate guidance and support to students.Strong organizational and documentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Language – English, HindiPassion for guiding students towards achieving their academic and career aspirations.Why Join Us:Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Gain hands-on experience in project management and operations.Chance to work in a positive work environmentFlexible working hours
