The Tech Recruiter will be responsible for executing full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. This role involves engaging with internal stakeholders, understanding job requirements, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. While the role is based in Kolkata, it operates in a hybrid model which allows for some work from home flexibility.QualificationsFull-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Technical Recruiting skillsUnderstanding of Tech skills particularly in AI & Automation, UI & Application Development, Data Sciences mustExperience of min. 3 years recruiting for Mid to large organizationsProficiency in hiring and candidate sourcingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in recruiting for technical roles is a plusAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksFamiliarity with recruitment software and tools
