Our extensive experience, coupled with a deep understanding of the manufacturing process, enables us to offer exceptional products at competitive prices without compromising on quality.Job Title: Factory Supervisor – Modular Switches ManufacturingLocation: Bagru, Rawan, Ajmer HighwayReporting to: Plant Manager / Production HeadKey Responsibilities:• Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities for modular switches (assembly, molding, finishing, quality check).• Ensure production targets and deadlines are met with high efficiency and minimum wastage.• Monitor machine operations (injection molding machines, assembly lines, testing setups) and ensure optimal performance.• Manage manpower – allocate tasks, monitor worker performance, maintain discipline, and ensure safety compliance.• Maintain stock of raw materials (plastic granules, brass parts, screws, components) and coordinate with the stores department.• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) on the shop floor.• Ensure quality control at every production stage and coordinate with the QA (Quality Assurance) team for inspections.• Identify and resolve production issues immediately to avoid downtime.• Maintain production reports, attendance sheets, and daily work logs.• Train new workers and operators as needed.• Coordinate with the maintenance team for any machine breakdowns.• Implement and monitor 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) practices on the shop floor.• Support new product trial runs and prototype assembly.Qualifications and Skills:• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Production Engineering.• 5–10 years experience in modular switches, electrical accessories, or plastic molding manufacturing preferred.• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.• Knowledge of injection molding machines, press tools, and modular switch assembly.• Basic understanding of ISO, QC, and manufacturing standards.• Ability to work under pressure and handle large teams.Key Qualities:• Hands-on, proactive and target-driven.• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.• Good at managing time and production planning.• Team motivator with positive attitude.Salary: 2.40 lacs to 3.00 lacsJoining: Immediate or within 7 days.
