The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, a solid foundation in data analysis tools, and excellent communication skills. This role involves working with large data sets to uncover insights that will drive informed business decisions. This is a Kolkata based office role with shift timings of 11AM to 8 PM ISTResponsibilitiesData Management: Collect, clean, and maintain data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and quality.Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights using statistical techniques.Reporting: Develop and implement reporting systems to present findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders.Data Visualization: Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI and Tableau to facilitate understanding of data insights.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.Quality Assurance: Ensure the integrity of data throughout its lifecycle by conducting regular audits and validations.RequirementsEducational Background: Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Economics, Statistics or a related field.Technical Skills:· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.· Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.· Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse large datasets and interpret results accurately.· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information in an understandable manner.· Problem-Solving Ability: Capable of identifying issues within datasets and proposing effective solutions. · Previous experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.· Having worked in BPO KPO environments will be preferred
