Company Description Rave Design is a multifaceted design firm based out of Mumbai, doing great work in malls and retail spaces across India. We are urgently looking for people to manage retail fit-outs of a prestigious project coming up in Jaipur on a urgent basis. Job Description Key Responsibilities: ·       Lead client meetings, progress reviews, and reporting.·       Manage the full lifecycle of mall retail store fit-outs, ensuring quality and timelines compliance.·       Develop and manage project schedules, develop MIS and oversee store fit-out execution·       Interface with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors throughout all project phases.·       Interact with mall management to facilitate tenant requirements and smooth progress ·       Ensure quality standards and project documentation are maintained. Preferred Skills: ·       Experience delivering good quality office, retail, hospitality interior fit-outs.·       Excellent client relationship and stakeholder communication skills.·       Ability to manage high-pressure environments and tight deadlines.·       Strong scheduling, and site coordination capabilities. Qualifications ·       Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering (Civil) are preferred.2 to 5 years of experience in Mall, Retail, Commercial interior fit-outs.
