You will be the face of our agency for your assigned clients — owning the relationship, understanding their marketing needs, and ensuring seamless delivery across all projects. From managing day-to-day communication to orchestrating internal teams, you’ll be the glue that keeps everything aligned and moving.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for the clientsBuild strong, long-term relationships and act as a strategic partnerAnticipate client needs and proactively suggest solutionsProgram & Project ManagementOwn the end-to-end delivery of client campaigns and marketing initiativesCreate and manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables using project management toolsEnsure deadlines are metCoordinate with internal teams (design, content, media, tech) to ensure smooth executionStrategic Thinking & ReportingTranslate client goals into actionable briefsCollaborate with strategy and creative teams to develop campaign plansTrack campaign performance and prepare regular reports and presentationsPresent campaign performance, learnings, and optimizations to clientsInternal CollaborationBe the voice of the client within the agencyTroubleshoot bottlenecks and mediate cross-functional communicationEnsure quality control across all client-facing outputsIdeal Candidate Profile2-3 years of experience in client servicing or account management, preferably at a marketing or digital agencyStrong understanding of digital marketing, creative processes, and media channelsExcellent communication and presentation skillsHighly organized with strong project management capabilitiesAbility to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentA proactive, problem-solving mindset and a client-first attitudeWhat’s in it for YouOpportunity to work with exciting brands and high-growth businessesExposure to all facets of marketing – from strategy to executionDynamic work environment with a collaborative teamGrowth-oriented culture with room for learning and leadership
