Job Description (In Brief) –As the PR & Brand Collaborations Manager at Papa Don’t Preach, you will lead and execute strategies to strengthen the brand’s global and domestic presence through earned media, influencer partnerships, and meaningful collaborations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong industry connections and a flair for storytelling to drive visibility, desirability, and brand equity.Key Responsibilities:Public Relations & Communications:Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with the brand's core values and campaigns.Build and nurture relationships with top-tier fashion editors, stylists, journalists, and media outlets.Craft press releases, media pitches, speeches, and Q&A responses consistent with brand tone.Secure regular and impactful editorial placements in fashion, lifestyle, and trade publications.Brand Collaborations:Identify and negotiate collaboration opportunities with complementary luxury, lifestyle, and design brands.Conceptualize 360° collaboration campaigns (ideation to execution) that merge creativity, commerce, and community.Work cross-functionally with design, marketing, and production teams to activate collaborative projects.Influencer & Celebrity Sourcing:Curate strategic gifting plans for stylists, influencers, and celebrities (local and global).Ensure optimal red carpet, editorial, and social media placements through relationship building and trendspotting.Track ROI, reach, and impressions of influencer activities.Event Management & Brand Activations:Plan campaign shoots with all teams Liaise with production and experiential teams to ensure cohesive brand representation.Reporting & Analysis:Monitor and report on PR coverage, collaboration success, and influencer engagement Benchmark competitor activity and recommend strategic shifts based on industry trends.Education Qualification Desired: Graduate Communication Skills Desired: · Strong knowledge of luxury fashion, PR platforms, and digital PR metrics· Exceptional writing and editing skills – ability to craft compelling narratives· Adept in media list creation, press kit development, and brand positioning· Excellent networking and communication skills· Creative thinker with a sharp eye for identifying high-impact brand moments· Proven ability to lead partnerships and bring brand-aligned opportunities to lifeSpecific Skill Set Required: - · Prior experience with celebrity/influencer sourcing and collaboration campaigns· A robust network in the fashion, lifestyle, and entertainment industries· Experience in negotiations and closing collaboration deals Required Experience- 2+ years
