The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of sales experience in the research industry, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth in specific areas. The primary goal of this role is to effectively manage existing clients, particularly those in the market research (MR) sector, while expanding the customer base.Responsibilities -Build and manage relationships with clientsManage sales and profits for assigned clientsHandle RFQs and manage ordersVendor control and negotiationCoordination and direction with internal PMsPerform other related duties as needed Qualifications -Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)Solid experience in bid management, business development, or sales in the market research industry or a related fieldDeep understanding of online market research methodologies and industry best practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive proposals and engage effectively with clientsResults-oriented strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving business growth through bidding activitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentDeep understanding of the Indian market and its nuances, especially in the market research sectorProficiency in accurate response preparation, including feasibility and cost evaluation, response speed, and flexibilityStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectivelyMore than 1 year of study abroad experience Benefits -Competitive compensation package based on experience and qualificationsComprehensive health benefits and additional perksOpportunities for professional growth and development within the companyEngaging and collaborative work culture
