The Management Trainee will be responsible for assisting in various day-to-day tasks related to advertising, branding, events, promotions, publishing, and corporate films. They will work closely with management experts and brand consultants to gain hands-on experience in the communication industry.Training Period: 4-6 MonthsSalary (Training Period): Rs.12,000 to 18,000 (Depending on Skills & Role)Salary (Post Training Period): Rs.20,000 to 25,000QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsOrganizational and time-management skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentBasic knowledge of advertising and branding conceptsInterest in learning about events, promotions, publishing, and corporate filmsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
