Company Description Shiva Sales Corporation is a leading Profiler, Distributor, and C&F Agent of building materials in Uttarakhand. We offer a one-stop solution for various manufacturers in the region, specializing in Cement, TMT Bars, and Colour Coated Sheets. Our distribution network includes over 150 employees, 500 dealers/distributors, and 1000 sub-dealers. We work through a Hub & Spoke model for better product availability and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, including architects and contractors. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Kumaon Region(Uttarakhand). The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with dealers, distributors, and sub-dealers. Daily tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, meeting sales targets, providing customer service, and coordinating with the supply chain team to ensure timely product availability. Regular market visits and reporting to senior management are also part of the role. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales and Business Development Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies Strong organizational and time management skills Experience in the building materials industry is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Willingness to travel frequently within Uttarakhand
