Role: Executive AssistantLocation : BangaloreResponsibilitiesConserves executive’s time by reading, researching and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications .Maintains a repository of Investments across multiple domains in an efficient manner.Calendar Management - Maintains executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and answering or directing inquiries.Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.Be active on WhatsApp, Emails and Slack in order to stay updated with the information – crucial for improving TAT.Keeps all the information like KYC Documents, recent purchases, login credentials, card details, and contacts handy as these could be required anytime.Manage day to day operations of the executive (personal requirements and professional).Tracks expenses and maintains invoices & ledgers.Maintains confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.Acts as a linking pin between the executive and internal and external stakeholders by transmitting communication professionally.Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff and follows up on results.Makes sure that the executive’s productivity is increasing by providing concrete suggestions for quick decision making.Contributes to team efforts / projects by accomplishing related results as needed.RequirementsStrong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detailExpert-level written and verbal communication skillsEmotional maturityProven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and responseFamiliar with tools like Notion, MS office and G-suiteTakes up new tasks and challenges confidently – takes full ownershipSmart working style, never give up attitude, and professional behaviourStrong work tenure: 1 to 3 years of experience supporting C-Level Role
