Brand Solutions LeadJob DescriptionExperience Required:4 to 5 Years in a relevant field of workMajor Roles & Responsibilities:As a Sr. Brand Solutions Lead you will be required to have thorough knowledge of the plan in hand for accounts under your purview and you will be responsible for strategizing on monthly digital marketing plans to meet brand objectives basis the client brief, setting timelines for projects basis the brand priorities, and managing client expectations by keeping them informed on various activities.Maintaining efficient client interactions, understanding briefs, campaign planning and management, monthly evaluation, and discussing solutions to enhance the brand’s position.Managing and tracking monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for your brands by virtue of AOPs or quarter-planning activities while identifying opportunities for integrated services for existing clients.Manage and oversee the work of a group of team members to ensure the timely delivery of day-to-day brand requirementsProvide training support to the team as and when required and provide guidanceAnalyzing data, drawing insights, and making data-driven recommendations. Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics or other marketing analytics platformsCollaborate with cross-functional teams such as creative, content, and technical teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns. Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members.Upselling and Renewals: Identify opportunities to upsell additional digital marketing services to existing clients. Renew contracts and negotiate terms for continued collaboration.Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing. Share knowledge and insights with clients and internal teams to drive continuous improvement.Planning and aiding in the implementation of integrated strategies on brands, by driving business value for the same.Identify opportunities within the teams to take up more business/ projectsSkills Required:Strong Communication & Time management skillsStrong attention to detail, problem solving attitude and having an analytical mindExcellent client servicing skills.
