Major Roles & Responsibilities: Market & Competitive Analysis:Analyze current and prospective clients, along with their competitors, to derive insightful digital strategies.Review and evaluate previous campaigns by clients and their competitors to identify improvement areas and new opportunities.Lead Generation & Relationship Management:Generate leads, nurture existing contacts, and consistently engage with prospective clients to build lasting relationships.Develop and execute a sales contact plan that includes cold-calling, direct marketing, and client meetings.Networking & Industry Engagement:Maximize networking opportunities by attending conferences, events, and trade shows to boost Schbang’s visibility and establish new connections.New Business Opportunities:Identify potential avenues for growth and expansion, contributing to Schbang’s development and business objectives.Recognize areas for expansion and develop strategies to tap into these markets effectively.Client Pitching & Proposal Development:Create customized proposals and presentations to effectively pitch Schbang’s services to prospective clients.Work closely with internal teams (Integrated Solutions, Graphic, Video, Media Buying) to tailor digital marketing proposals to meet client-specific needs.Client Needs Assessment:Understand client business objectives and adapt strategies to meet these evolving needs, with a particular focus on social advertising trends and competitive positioning.Project Estimation & Coordination:Share project estimates and timelines with clients, ensuring all deliverables align with budget expectations.Collaborate with the legal team for client acquisition formalities and ensure smooth onboarding.Skills Required: Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management in the digital or advertising industry.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt to market changes.
