We have started with our first step by launching Investment & Trading platform – Dhan (a Front Office & Guest Relations professional, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression of the organisation for all employees, visitors and guests entering the office premises. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the reception and create a welcoming and professional atmosphere, being the first point of contact for everyone. Needless to say, you will be the interface and are required to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and courtesy that leaves a good impression and builds a good reputation of the company.Expected Responsibilities:To warmly greet and welcome at reception in a professional and courteous manner.Assist the administration in resolving guest instances by demonstrating a calm and composed demeanour.Manage meeting room and conference booking requests.Keep a track of office supplies, stock management, visitors reports and other related records from the administration perspective.Be willing to extend self to provide general administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements and assisting HR and admin teams.Expected Skills:Bachelor’s degree in any field is mandatory.2-3 years proven experience as a receptionist, guest relations or administration.Proficient in MS office and google sheets.Excellent communication ability, conversational skills in a warm and professional tone.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Ensure safety and hygiene standards of the reception area.We are expanding our team and are specifically seeking female candidates for this role, which aligns to our diversity vision at the workplace.
