The role focuses on enhancing employer branding,ensuring smooth talent acquisition, and maintaining a robust talent pipeline.Key AccountabilitiesRecruitment and Talent Acquisition• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to candidate onboarding.• Source candidates through diverse platforms, techniques, and innovative strategies to attract top talent.• Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate qualifications, competencies, and cultural fit.• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements, expectations, and timelines.• Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to address current and future hiring needs.Onboarding and Transition Management• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.• Facilitate orientation programs to familiarize new employees with company culture, policies, and processes.Employer Branding• Enhance the organization’s employer branding initiatives to attract and retain high-quality candidates.• Promote the company as a preferred employer through strategic communication and marketing efforts.Offer Management and Compensation Negotiation• Negotiate job offers, ensuring that compensation packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards.• Maintain sustainable compensation practices to support organizational goals and employee satisfaction.Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement• Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to align talent acquisition strategies with business needs.• Act as a point of contact for both candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring lifecycle.Job SpecificationsEducational Qualifications Relevant Experience• MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.• 8 - 10 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR management roles.Prior experience in the real estate industry is mandatorySkills and KnowledgeTechnical Skills:• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.• Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.Behavioral Skills:• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
