Job Title: English TrainerLocation: Habsiguda, HyderabadOrganization: Tech Mahindra FoundationEmployment Type: Full-TimePayroll: Tech Mahindra FoundationAbout the Role:We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Trainer to join our team at the Habsiguda Center. The trainer will be responsible for delivering English language training to students enrolled in our skill development programs, with the objective of enhancing their communication skills and making them job-ready. The training will be conducted using the YUVA English module provided by Tech Mahindra Foundation.Key Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging and interactive English language training sessions to youth.- Effectively use the YUVA English module and customize sessions based on learner needs.- Assess student progress regularly and provide feedback to ensure learning outcomes are met.- Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment.- Maintain student records, attendance, and performance data.- Work closely with the Center Manager and other trainers for seamless training delivery.- Prepare students for job interviews by conducting mock interviews and group discussions.- Participate in regular training, review meetings, and other center activities.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Arts, or a related field.- Proven experience in teaching or training English, preferably to youth or in a skilling context.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.- Strong classroom management and facilitation skills.- Passionate about empowering youth through education and employment.What We Offer:- A full-time position on the payroll of Tech Mahindra Foundation.- Opportunity to be part of a reputed organization focused on social impact.- Professional growth through continuous learning and development initiatives.
