Job Title: Manager - Information System Security and Compliance Location: Head Office Varanasi – Uttar Pradesh Department: Compliance Department Salary: 5LPA -7 LPA (Negotiable ) Reports To: Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) Key Responsibilities: Drive and ensure compliance with all regulatory instructions on information and cybersecurity. Facilitate the development, implementation, and enforcement of information security policies, standards, and procedures. Support the development and implementation of the Information Security Management Program (ISMP). Review and manage information/cybersecurity incidents, assessments, and mitigation activities. Assess and improve the security awareness program across the company. Evaluate new developments or issues in cybersecurity and information security. Conduct testing of completed applications, websites, and software to assess user experience and security performance. Articulate and enforce the company’s security policies, coordinating cybersecurity issues internally and externally. Participate as an invitee in the IT Strategy and IT Steering Committees. Manage and monitor the Security Operations Centre (SOC) and drive cybersecurity projects with the SVP-ICT/Head of IT Operations. Ensure compliance with RBI CERTIN DPDP guidelines and coordinate activities with the Cyber Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT). Key Requirements: Educational Qualification: BCA, MCA, or B. Tech (CS/IT) or related field. 3+ years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, or risk management. Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and SOC 2. Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) preferred. Key Skills: Expertise in cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management. Strong in policy development, incident management, and security assessments. Skilled in testing and security awareness. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Leadership in managing SOC, CSIRT, and cybersecurity projects. Eligibility Criteria: Education: BCA, MCA, or B. Tech (CS/IT) or a related field. Experience: 2+ years in information security, cybersecurity, risk management, or related fields. Preferred: Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, and experience with regulatory compliance (RBI CERTIN DPDP), vulnerability assessments, and security incident management. Skills: Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST), risk management, and security policies. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
