Job Summary The Recruiter Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes to attract, screen, and hire top talent for the organization. This role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while meeting organizational hiring goals. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about connecting talent with opportunities. Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Talent Acquisition Use various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks to source candidates Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles Screening & Shortlisting Conduct initial screening of candidates via resumes and interviews Shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers Interview Coordination Facilitate and manage the interview process between candidates and hiring teams Ensure timely feedback is provided to candidates after each stage Assist in designing and conducting assessment tests when necessary Offer Management Extend offers to selected candidates and negotiate salary and benefits as required Ensure proper onboarding coordination for new hires in collaboration with the HR teams Key Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office tools Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Personal Attributes Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders A team player with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
