Job Title: Ecommerce Account Manager — Amazon, Flipkart & Vendor Central Location: Kanpur Only Company: Digital Brand Advisory Experience Required: 2–5 years in Ecommerce Marketplace Management Salary: 10,000 - 25,000 INR Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a result-driven Ecommerce Account Manager to manage and grow our brand presence on Amazon, Flipkart, and Vendor Central . The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of marketplace operations, listing optimization, advertising (PPC), pricing, promotions, inventory management, and data analysis. Key Responsibilities: Account Management: Handle daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and Vendor Central accounts. Maintain health of the accounts (A-to-Z claims, performance metrics, listing suspensions, etc.). Listing & Catalog Management: Create and update product listings with optimized content, keywords, and A+ content. Coordinate with graphic and content teams for high-quality creatives and product descriptions. Inventory & Pricing: Manage inventory levels, stock availability, and pricing strategy. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to prevent OOS or overstocking. Advertising & Promotions: Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC and Flipkart ads. Set up deals, coupons, and participate in promotions like Big Billion Days, Prime Day, etc. Reporting & Analysis: Monitor daily sales reports, keyword rankings, campaign performance, and share insights with stakeholders. Analyze data using tools like Helium 10, Brand Analytics, or Flipkart Dashboard. Coordination & Communication: Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, creative, finance) and external marketplace teams (Vendor Manager, Account Manager). Ensure timely resolution of issues and adherence to SLAs. Requirements: Proven experience in managing Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts (minimum 2 years). Hands-on experience with Vendor Central is a strong plus. Proficiency with tools like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Vendor Central, Helium 10, Jungle Scout. Strong analytical skills and understanding of key KPIs. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Certification in Amazon Advertising or Ecommerce Management (optional but preferred). Prior experience working with FMCG, Grocery, Electronics, or Lifestyle brands.
