We are Operating Globally, Our Group offers integrated steel production plant solutions and a wide range of related spare parts and accessories.Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Domains & Hosting Management Specialist (Domain & Hosting Administrator) located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The specialist will be responsible for managing domain registrations, renewals, and transfers, configuring and maintaining hosting environments, troubleshooting hosting and domain issues, ensuring security protocols, performing regular backups, and providing technical support to clients.Qualifications:Minimum 3 Years Experience with Domain Registration, Renewal, and Transfer processes. Proficiency in Configuring and Maintaining Hosting Environments. Strong knowledge of Troubleshooting Hosting and Domain Issues. Familiarity with Security Protocols and Regular Backup Procedures. Excellent Technical Support and Client Communication skills. Ability to work independently in an on-site environment. Experience with DNS Management and Web Hosting Control Panels such as cPanel, Plesk, WHMCS etc. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Certain certifications like ITIL, CompTIA, or related are a plus. Ability to integrate API via Provided Documentation.
