Join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering excellence for global brands. What We’re Looking For: Qualification: PG Diploma (IIP/CIPET) + Degree in Chemistry or Engineering Experience: 8–10 years in the Flexible Packaging Industry Knowledge: Strong exposure to 5S, TQM, ISO, SQC, TPM, FMCA, and 7 QC Tools Key Responsibilities: Lead daily inspection activities – Incoming, In-Process, Final QC Prepare weekly & monthly quality reports, CAPA, CoPQ & complaint analysis Oversee sample testing, NPD validation, and coordinate with labs Maintain QMS, ISO, GMP, and audit compliance Train and guide the QC team, implement Kaizens, 5S, visual SOPs Manage documentation – CoA, VQ forms, audit closures Conduct root cause analysis, drive process improvements Hold authority for quality holds, NCs, shift planning & lab management Reporting To: Senior Manager – Quality & Systems If you are passionate about quality excellence and ready for a leadership challenge in a global manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.
