Education Background B.E./B.Tech./MTech./PhD., minimum qualification should be MTech Type of Industry Experience required Education, preferably at the University Level as Coordinator for IQAC & Teaching No. of years of work experience required 7-10 years Key Result Areas Strategic Quality Planning : Align processes with accreditation standards and quality goals. Quality Culture : Foster quality awareness and enhance stakeholder satisfaction. Audits & Compliance : Ensure regular audits and full regulatory compliance. Accreditation & Rankings : Achieve accreditations and improve ranking performance. Reporting & Improvement : Ensure timely reporting and drive continuous enhancement. Key Competencies Expertise in conducting academic and administrative audits and ensuring compliance with accreditation and statutory requirements. In-depth understanding of accreditation frameworks (NAAC, NBA, NIRF, QS, etc.) and ability to implement strategies for ranking improvement. Proficiency in analyzing feedback and institutional data using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Ability to create interactive dashboards for evidence-based decision-making and stakeholder reporting. Skills in preparing quality reports (AQAR, SSR) and using data to drive institutional reforms and ongoing improvement. Strong interpersonal and technical skills, including proficiency in preparing spreadsheets and maintaining records of ongoing and past activities Must have prior experience as a key member of an institutional committee that has successfully gone through at least one cycle of NAAC accreditation.
