As we scale, we are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Associate to strengthen our online brand and drive engagement. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage digital ad campaigns, including Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Basic knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and YouTube Ads is preferred. Assist in SEO strategies , including keyword research, on-page optimization, and analytics (preferable but not mandatory). Develop content ideas that shall get the best traction for the company on different social media platforms. Create and manage content for social media, including posts, reels, engaging stories, and promotional content . Be comfortable featuring in YouTube videos for the company’s digital presence. Edit video content if required for YouTube, reels, and other social platforms. Utilize Canva, Adobe and other design tools to create visually appealing creatives. Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better reach and engagement. Key Requirements: Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads . Basic knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, YouTube marketing, and SEO is a plus. Comfortable appearing in front of the camera for videos. Ability to edit videos and create engaging content for social media. Proficiency in Canva and other relevant digital marketing tools.
