Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a QS - Tendering and Estimation professional located in Bengaluru with 5+ years of relevant experience in interior fitout works. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to quantity surveying, tendering, and estimation for interior fit-out projects. The candidate will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure cost-effective solutions. Qualifications Preparing cost estimates for tenders. Preparing the BOQs as per drawing.  Managing project budgets for C & I, MEP including forecasting and monitoring cost and ensuring that project specifications are met. Preparing contracts work orders and finalization. Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to get the best prices and terms. Preparing tender documents, including variation statements and budget. Preparing regular reports on project costs and schedules. Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal team members.  Minimize the cost and risk of a construction project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required legal standards and quality. Experience in project cost management and budgeting Strong analytical and mathematical skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Proficiency in relevant software tools like AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management software
