We are looking for dynamic and persuasive Telecallers to manage client inquiries, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups at our Hyderabad clinic. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Make and receive calls to assist clients with treatment inquiries. ✅ Explain skin & hair treatments, packages, and offers professionally. ✅ Schedule & confirm patient appointments via call & WhatsApp. ✅ Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into bookings. ✅ Maintain records of calls, queries, and feedback in the system. ✅ Coordinate with the clinic team to enhance customer experience. Requirements: Experience: 6+ months in telecalling, customer service, or sales (Healthcare/Aesthetic industry preferred). Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu (must). Skills: Strong communication, persuasive approach, and patient handling. Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of handling CRM & WhatsApp business.
