Coordinate daily operations across academic, tech, and support teams Monitor and streamline processes for course scheduling, content delivery, and student support Maintain and update student records, class schedules, and operational trackers Assist in onboarding and coordination of educators and academic staff Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding schedules, issues, and feedback Work closely with logistics/vendors to manage hardware or material requirements (if applicable) Generate operational reports and provide insights for process improvement Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards Handle issue resolution and escalation in a timely and efficient manner Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field 1–2 years of experience in operations, preferably in the education or EdTech sector Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace tools Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills – written and verbal Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude
