Salary : Subjected to experience and skills  Required experience: A minimum of 1-2 year experience   Location: Seshadripuram, Bengaluru  Joining Date: ASAP  Work from home would not be provided  Job Description:   As a Performance Marketer at AKOI, you will be responsible for the strategic execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversions. You will work closely with the internal team to ensure campaigns meet performance goals and deliver a strong return on investment (ROI).  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:   Campaign Strategy & Execution:   Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms like Google AdWords, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and especially programmatic channels.  Plan, execute, and optimize OTT marketing campaigns across popular streaming platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.  Develop media buying strategies across programmatic platforms (Google DV360, Taboola, etc.) to maximize reach and engagement.   Analysis & Reporting:   Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.  Regularly track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, ROI, CTR, CPM, and LTV.  Prepare detailed performance reports and make data-driven recommendations for optimizations.  Optimization:   Continuously optimize campaigns to improve key performance metrics, including ad creative, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies.  Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies to drive better performance.  Utilize advanced tracking and reporting tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and third-party tools to measure success.  Audience Targeting:   Create and implement robust audience segmentation strategies based on customer insights and data to maximize campaign relevance and effectiveness.  Use retargeting, lookalike audiences, and other advanced targeting techniques to drive conversions.  Collaboration:   Work closely with the creative team to develop impactful ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.  Collaborate with the content and SEO teams to ensure seamless integration of paid and organic strategies.    REQUIREMENTS:   Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.  Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful digital ad campaigns.  Proficiency in Google AdWords, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Ads, and programmatic ad platforms (DV360, Taboola, etc.).  Experience with OTT marketing on platforms such as Hotstar, Netflix, Prime Video, Zee5, etc.  Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads reporting, and Excel for data analysis and insights.  Excellent knowledge of bidding strategies, ad formats, and audience targeting techniques.  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on driving measurable results.  Strong communication skills and ability to present performance insights to clients and stakeholders.  TOOLS EXPERIENCED IN:   Advertising Platforms:   Google Ads (AdWords)  Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads)  LinkedIn Campaign Manager  YouTube Ads  DV360  The Trade Desk  Taboola  Outbrain  OTT Platforms (Hotstar, Netflix, Prime Video, Zee5)  Analytics & Tracking:   Google Analytics  Google Tag Manager  Meta Analytics  LinkedIn Insights  YouTube Analytics  Hotstar  Crazy Egg (Optional)  Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Tools:   Google Optimize Optimizely  VWO (Visual Website Optimizer) (Optional)  Unbounce (Optional)  Audience & Ad Creative Management:   Canva  Facebook Creative Hub (Optional)  Reporting & Data Visualization:   Google Data Studio  Tableau Power BI  PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:   Experience with E-Commerce platforms and D2C brands is a plus.  Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.  Google AdWords Certification and/or Facebook Blueprint Certification.  Hands-on experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page optimization tools.  COMMUNICATION SKILLS:   Written Language Skills  Grammar Skills  Technical Writer Skills  Editing Skills  OTHER SKILLS:   Marketing Automation and Technology  Time Management and Organization  Conducting Research
