The Human Resources Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks including employee record management, recruitment support, and the maintenance of HR databases. The role will also involve benefits administration, assisting with training programs, and providing support for various HR-related tasks and projects as needed. Additionally, the HR Assistant will respond to employee inquiries and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Qualifications Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
