The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and driving sales for our ongoing and upcoming real estate projects. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, site visits, and digital platforms Present and promote Elite Estates’ projects to prospective buyers Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure Conduct site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and market trends Work closely with the marketing and CRM teams to align strategies and campaigns Requirements: Proven experience in real estate sales or a related sales role Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and target-driven Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus
