Monitor and adjust merchandising strategies based on performance metrics, customer feedback, and market changes in the textile industry.Qualifications: At least 4+ years of experience in merchandising, retail, or a related field. (Proven experience preferred) Analytical skills and attention to detail. Communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
