Designcafe is looking to hire Senior Product Manager.Experience - 4 to 6 yearsPreferably from operations-heavy industries (logistics, home improvement, supply chain, retail, or delivery tech).The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for building technology products that power Designcafe's project management, delivery, partner ecosystem, and fulfillment operations. This includes the entire customer journey from project booking to final handover — encompassing field execution, supply chain, partner management, and ERP/SAP workflows.The role requires a systems thinker with strong product sense, ownership mindset, and a bias for action. The ideal candidate will be an AI-native product manager, with experience in process automation, mobile-first tools, and predictive systems that improve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.Preferred Skills- Proven experience building SaaS or internal tools for operations-heavy industries (logistics, home improvement, supply chain, retail, or delivery tech). - Hands-on exposure to AI/ML platforms, predictive systems, or GenAI for ops augmentation. - Analytical mindset with strong command over dashboards, SQL, and cohort analysis. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Education & Experience- Bachelor’s of Technology/MBA or equivalent degree programme. - 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years building Ops-Tech or Partner Tech products. - Ability to work in high-velocity, ambiguous environments with a strong sense of ownership. - Experience in consumer-tech or high-growth startups is a bonus.
