Job DescriptionMareanais seeking an experiencedBusiness Analystwith astrong data analytics backgroundin theSupply Chain domainand acustom product focus . This role is crucial for developing and enhancing Mareana’s products in supply chain, manufacturing, and unstructured data. The ideal candidate will haveERP experience , particularly withSAP MM (Material Management)orSAP Production , and a stronganalytical perspectivewith expertise inSQL .Key Responsibilities Collaborate withbusiness stakeholders and subject matter expertsto understand processes and develop innovative solutions. Analyzelarge datasetsfrom multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Driveproduct enhancementsby definingdata models, API specifications, wireframes, and user requirements . Work closely with thedevelopment teamto ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation. Perform data testing, wrangling, and analysisto ensure clean, actionable data. Developproject work breakdown structures (WBS) , task timelines, and milestones to meet business outcomes. Facilitateclient meetings , present project status, and proactively address challenges. Serve as theprimary liaisonbetween business and development teams, managing product backlogs and prioritizing tasks. Identifynew business opportunitiesby understanding client pain points and industry gaps.Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience . 10+ yearsof experience as aBusiness Analyst , preferably in supply chain or manufacturing domains. StrongSAP experience , particularly withSAP MM(Material Management) orSAP Productionmodules. Proficiency inSQLand experience withdata testing, wrangling, analysis, and discovery . Expertise inExcel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint , andJIRAfor backlog management. Excellentproblem-solving, communication, and stakeholder managementskills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in afast-paced, cross-functional environment .Preferred Skills ERP implementationexperience is abonus , but not mandatory. Understanding ofdata discoveryand experience indata analysisto drive business intelligence. Familiarity withTableau/Power BI/Graph UIfor data visualization.
