Position Summary We are looking for a visionary and execution-focusedIntegrated Demand Planning Leaderwith a strong background in theautomotive industryand deep expertise inSAP HANA-based planning environments . The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of experience in global demand planning, S&OP processes, and driving digital transformation across the demand function. This role will be pivotal in aligning customer demand, production planning, and business strategy across regions and product lines. Key Responsibilities Strategic Demand Planning & Forecasting Lead the global demand planning process for all automotive product lines across OEM and aftermarket segments. Drive integration of demand signals from sales, marketing, and customer programs into accurate, consensus-based forecasts. Utilize advanced forecasting algorithms and demand sensing techniques withinSAP HANAand associated planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP, APO). SAP HANA-Driven Digital Planning Transformation Own and optimize the demand planning functionality withinSAP S/4HANAandSAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP)platforms. Collaborate with IT and process excellence teams to continuously improve SAP-based planning workflows, ensuring real-time visibility and responsiveness. Cross-Functional Alignment Lead monthly Demand Review meetings within the S&OP framework, ensuring alignment with supply, finance, and commercial stakeholders. Act as the primary demand planning interface for Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Plant Operations globally. People Leadership Manage and mentor regional and global demand planning teams; build center-of-excellence (CoE) capabilities. Promote a culture of accountability, analytical rigor, and continuous improvement. Data & Performance Management Establish and report on key planning KPIs including forecast accuracy, bias, service levels, and inventory turns. Use data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI) to drive transparency and executive insights. Risk Management & Scenario Planning Develop structured demand risk assessments and scenario modeling tools for new product launches, volume volatility, and market changes. Ensure robust planning processes for EV, hybrid, and ICE program transitions. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business. Master’s or MBA preferred. Minimum20 years of experiencein demand planning, preferably within theautomotive industry(OEM/Tier-1). Hands-on experience with SAP HANAandSAP IBP/APOismandatory . Strong background in leading S&OP processes and digital planning transformations. Proficiency in demand modeling, statistical forecasting, and planning analytics.
