Tracking Pipeline OEM conversion activities – timeline through VCs & branch visits, Arranging product samples, Support Branches for product selection as per OEM BOM & Application studyOne Point contact for OEM SPR Contact with max 48 hr response to branches - OEM SPR approval and coordination with product heads for special prices. OEM Forecasting & Tracking performance of each OEM in the BranchesPrepare & Consolidation PAN India OEM Data for exiting & Emerging markets / Segment- Finding OEMs from new Markets and New Industry Segment. Sending introduction letters and sharing data with branches. OEM Analyzing & preparing the product specification. Plan & Track OEM workshop & Prepare MIS Data from SAP for weekly progress on OEM Order and SalesBD & Key OEM Account Management - Key Account Management of OEM accounts for business development activities. Communication & tracking of their projects or expansion & product approvals - E.g.
