Responsible for booking enquiry & preparation of techno- commercial bids / technical /offers & all the relative activities for Designated Regions / As per Requirement. Working as a Single window to the Designated Regions / As per Requirement. Enquiry Booking, Quotation & OA Preparation in SAP/Web App CRM. Responsible for scrutinizing Purchase Order, contract review, contract execution & Contract Management. Taking care of queries related price /TQ-stuck points & getting it resolved by appropriate action, escalation etc. Responsible for preparation of W-File of Consultant Jobs / specific consultant Jobs, sending the W-File to the works, tracking & co-ordination of jobs with customer & works. To achieve customer satisfaction & delight through proactive communication. Responsible for standardization of Technical Document such as Datasheet, Drawing etc. Ensure prompt action on customer complaints, communicating the progress of job to the client and strive for customer satisfaction Ensure correctness of OA, W-Files, Datasheets, QAP's, etc. going to factory & Customer. Providing Technical support /commercial support to the representative. Responsible for giving training of department procedure to new joinee. Responsible for preparing MIS Reports. Active Participation in 5 S / kaizen / System Improvement Activity. Responsible for arranging KOM. Responsible to collect credential /Feedback form. Responsible for ISO & annual Audit. Key user in SAP Implementation. Prepare Sales Order, Sales Opportunity & Sales Quotation from SAP. To prepare SRV offer from 3S software & give the training to all application engineers. Follow up with customer for offer less than one lakh. Follow up of update on submitted tenders on portal. Review of pending & overdue offers. Offer review, allocation & load distribution. They will be accountable for on time offer processing to customers, for bidding team.
