Their framework supports the efficient exchange of information between financial institutions and the users who rely on them for financial services.Budget:Max 30 lpaThe Role: In this role, you will work with our existing customers to drive product adoption and maximize the usage. By closely tracking customer usage trends, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with product, tech, and business teams, you’ll play a crucial role in our clients’ success. You’ll also liaise with alliance partners and their sales teams, ensuring seamless collaboration to support client growth.Job Requirements: Usage Growth:Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly usage trends for each customer, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies. Customer Collaboration:Work closely with clients’ product, tech, and business teams to align with their strategic needs. Provide actionable insights, address concerns, and build trust to facilitate deeper product adoption. Issue Ownership:Take proactive ownership in identifying and resolving issues that could impact usage growth, working cross-functionally to provide solutions. Data-Driven Insights:Analyse and interpret customer usage data to spot trends, correlations, and opportunities. Use these insights to create strategies for increasing user engagement and satisfaction. Education:Graduation in any field. Skills: Strong analytical ability to interpret usage data, recognize patterns, and draw data-driven conclusions. Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, comfortable in remote and in person meetings. A solid understanding of fintech trends and the evolving needs of financial institutions. Travel:Willingness to travel frequently to Mumbai, Bangalore, and Delhi.
