This is a full-time role supporting our recruiting team by identifying and engaging early-career candidates, primarily recent graduates from U.S. universities, through LinkedIn Recruiter. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines for both technical and business operations roles. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on candidate research, structured outreach, and playing a key role in helping a fast-paced recruiting team build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline.Role: Technical Sourcer Locations: Sector 63, Noida Shift : 6:30 pm -3:30 pm IST Desired Experience : 1+ year in tech SourcingResponsibilities:Identify and add qualified U.S.-based candidates to the recruiting pipeline using LinkedIn Recruiter, applying strategic search techniques to meet current and future hiring needs. Craft and send personalized outreach messages via InMail, manage candidate responses professionally, and maintain a positive and strategic engagement flow throughout the sourcing cycle. Collaborate with U.S. recruiters and the hiring manager to understand role requirements and align sourcing priorities, while occasionally supporting sourcing for non-technical roles as needed. Maintain accurate sourcing records and activity logs, track key sourcing metrics, and analyze outreach performance to continuously improve effectiveness. Flag highly qualified candidates for recruiter review and escalate urgent responses when needed. Measure and report on sourcing effectiveness (e.g., outreach-to-response ratios, candidate quality) and suggest improvements.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree. 1-3 years of sourcing experience preferred, ideally with exposure to U.S. hiring markets. Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, with InMail messages experience and candidate engagement strategies. Excellent written English skills and especially for outbound messaging and candidate follow-up. Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage repetitive daily tasks with consistency and accuracy.
