You will play a key role in shaping the visual aspects of all marketing and design collateral. The ultimate goal is to inspire and engage the target audience effectively.Responsibilities Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Cloud. Strong understanding of the technical aspects of art direction, graphic design, videography, and photography. Extensive experience in product design, website banners, and web design. Create visually appealing designs for print materials such as packaging, labels, and brochures, ensuring brand consistency. Experience for Meta Ads, Static Designs, and Motion Graphics plus. Maintain and reinforce brand identity across all design outputs. Develop strong visual compositions with a keen eye for detail. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting milestones and deadlines effectively. Plan and conceptualize designs by analyzing project requirements and materials. Maintain awareness of industry trends, technology standards, competitive landscape, and social media design practices. Collaborate effectively and communicate clearly to ensure project goals and expectations are understood and implemented.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field. 3-4 years of proven experience in graphic design, specifically in the beauty and personal care domain. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Corel Draw Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator. Strong communication skills, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design expertise. Effective time management skills with the ability to multitask across various projects.
