Ltd. is a leading and renowned manufacturer and marketing organization in the disaster response equipment and fire & safety technologies industry. Based in Delhi with manufacturing facilities in Roorkee, Uttarakhand, we specialize in technologically advanced niche products, including fire, safety, and lighting equipment. Our client base spans government, industrial, and private sectors across India and international markets.Role Overview: We are seeking a high-performing and analytical professional to serve as Chief of Staff to the CEO. This strategic role involves driving corporate planning initiatives, managing key projects, and enabling executive-level decision-making. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for solving complex business problems.Core Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Support & Planning Act as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the CEO & MD. Drive the planning, execution, and tracking of key business priorities. Prepare business updates, briefing materials, and strategic presentations. 2. Executive Operations Manage the CEO’s office operations, including coordination across departments and business units. Oversee meeting agendas, follow-ups, and action items, ensuring alignment and execution. Gatekeep and optimize the CEO’s time based on strategic priorities. 3. Cross-Functional Coordination Serve as a communication bridge between the CEO’s office and internal/external stakeholders. Facilitate inter-departmental initiatives and special projects. Ensure smooth information flow, decision-making, and accountability across teams. 4. Project Management & Execution Lead high-impact projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO. Track KPIs, project milestones, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes. Identify bottlenecks and help resolve them proactively. 5. Communication & Reporting Draft internal and external communication for the CEO’s office. Synthesize reports, dashboards, and key data to support informed decision-making. Represent the CEO in meetings when required. 6. Confidential & Strategic Initiatives Handle sensitive information and strategic matters with utmost confidentiality and discretion. Contribute to M&A and board communications when applicable. Requirements: MBA from a Tier 1 institution or equivalent. 10-15 years of experience, preferably in a strategy, operations, or Chief of Staff role within a high-growth environment. Prior experience working closely with Founders and senior leadership. Strong understanding of business operations, strategic planning, and execution in a fast-paced startup ecosystem. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and business intelligence tools is a plus.
