The Manager must follow the following Functional Responsibilities:Job Title: Showroom Manager – Jewelry Retail Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing daily showroom operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, stock, and implementing marketing and operational strategies to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities: Showroom Operations: Supervise daily activities across sales, customer service, marketing, and administration. Ensure store cleanliness, visual appeal, timely opening/closing, and smooth workflow. Enforce company policies and maintain liaison with local authorities. Sales & Customer Service: Lead the sales team to meet monthly and annual targets. Analyze sales trends, implement strategies, and support upselling & gold scheme promotions. Handle customer feedback and complaints to maintain high satisfaction. Stock Management: Oversee daily gold and bi-weekly silver stock checks. Ensure timely opening/closing stock counts and monthly scanning. Address stock discrepancies or damages promptly. Customer Engagement: Foster strong customer relationships through regular interaction and events. Use feedback and buying behavior insights to enhance service. Marketing Coordination: Collaborate on local marketing initiatives, promotions, and events. Analyze market trends and assist in executing location-based campaigns. Team Management: Manage staff shifts, grooming, and coordination. Support training, conduct reviews, and promote a positive work environment. Submit regular reports on performance and staffing.
