The Human Resources Administrative Officer will handle HR management tasks, including overseeing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Responsibilities also include recruiting and onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and supporting employee development initiatives and organizational improvements.Qualifications Skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies Strong Employee Relations skills Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law Excellent organizational and administrative skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Prior experience in a similar role is preferredWorking Location :Corporate House at Ahmedabad (Satelite) Area (Only candidates residing inAhmedabadwill be considered. Preference will be given to those located near the Satellite area .)Salary Package :up to 7.5lakhs rupees AnnumWorking Experience in HR & Admin :Minimum 5 years in Manufacturing Industries Compulsory.
