Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Documentation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing high-quality documentation that supports internal teams and external stakeholders. This role requires excellent writing skills, a strong understanding of document control processes, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.Key Responsibilities: Create, review, edit, and maintain technical documents, user manuals, SOPs, FAQs, and training materials. Ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy in all documentation. Manage document templates, style guides, and document control systems. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather content and clarify documentation needs. Maintain version control and ensure timely updates of all documents. Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and compliance standards (if applicable). Support knowledge management initiatives by organizing and categorizing documents effectively. Assist in formatting and publishing documents using appropriate tools (e.g., MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, Confluence, SharePoint, etc.).Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Information Management, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in documentation, content writing, or technical writing roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in documentation tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Suite, Confluence, or other document management systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to understand complex information and convey it clearly to a variety of audiences. Familiarity with version control systems and knowledge management best practices is a plus.
