Role :Cluster Manager (Micro Lending) Business Line :Micro Lending Vertical :Micro Lending Product : ML i.e.Micro Lending Location :Ahmedabad Experience :10 to 15 yearsJob Role :Manage business operation of the region for Micro Lending business Track and Manage Product Profitability (P&L) and portfolio Manage team of AM’s/BIC to ensure achievement of set business parameters P&L - Profitability along with consistent business growth Business Parameters – Target penetration, Target Nos. & Value Income Parameters – Insurance and Team Productivity matrix. Compliance Audit Ensure smooth relationship with all stake holders (Ops, Credit, Policy team) & Customers New business expansionKey Responsibilties :Monitoring of Collection, CGTs, LUC Verification Random Check Assessing training needs to accelerate team’s performance. Introduce and Implement new marketing and sales promotion initiatives for the region by coordinating with product team. To Drive business through various available channels To Organize & Manage various R&R for Field and Branch Staff Liaison with different stakeholders such as banks, SRO, Legal authority, NABARD etc Provide market intelligence in term of business, product & proposal. Managing Weekly and Monthly MIS and Trackers on disbursement, productivity and delinquency. Ensure zero slippage of account into different delinquency bucket Timely recruitment of field and Branch Staff and their career planning. Ensure timely collectionMandatory Skills :Graduate / MBA with total 10-15 years of experience with 5 – 10 years of relevant Micro Lending (Micro Finance) experience Understanding of Micro Lending Business and its profit drivers Experience of handling more than 20 branches or portfolio more than 50 crores Strong Inter-personal and leadership skills – ability to hire/train/motivate/retain large teams / Solution provider Ability to set & manage targets / budgets, drive and track profitability at unit Demonstrated ability in Sales Planning and conceptualizing Promotions and Marketing Initiatives Good Articulation Ability, Decision making and Leadership SkillsDesirable Skills :Business Development Operations Management Client Servicing Portfolio management Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
