This role focuses on prospecting new corporate clients, managing client relationships, and delivering high-quality servicing to ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong soft skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for building connections in the insurance industry. Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential corporate clients through research, networking, and referrals. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects to drive business growth. Conduct cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings to pitch insurance solutions. Client Servicing: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships. Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to provide customized insurance solutions. Address client queries, resolve issues, and ensure timely renewals and policy updates. Sales & Negotiation: Present insurance products and services to prospective clients, highlighting value propositions. Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals while maintaining profitability. Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics. Contribute to developing sales strategies to enhance market penetration. Documentation & Compliance: Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for clients and internal stakeholders. Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Team Collaboration: Work closely with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to deliver seamless client experiences. Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputed institute in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Strong academic record with consistent performance. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome). Prior exposure to insurance, financial services, or B2B sales is a plus. Skills & Competencies: Soft Skills (Critical): Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with corporate clients. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. High emotional intelligence and adaptability to handle diverse client needs. Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Technical Skills: Basic understanding of insurance products and corporate sales processes (training will be provided). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for presentations and reports. Other Attributes: Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
