Job Description

The ideal candidate will have sales and business development experience of 10 to 12 years in mechanical engineering/oil and gas sector.Qualification : Bachelor degree in Mechanical/ Instrumentation engineering.Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company goals. Achieve and exceed regional sales targets (revenue, volume, market share). Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour. Drive new business development and manage key customer relationships. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to support growth. Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior leadership. Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and ethical standards.
