Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Enquiry & Call Management: Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and their guardians. Respond promptly to walk-in enquiries and provide detailed information regarding academic programs. Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for all student interactions. Counselling & Guidance: Guide students in selecting appropriate academic programs based on their interests, qualifications, and career goals. Provide end-to-end support throughout the admission process, including form filling and document verification. Admissions Process: Coordinate and facilitate the student admission process from lead generation to enrollment. Ensure all required admission and enrollment documents are completed accurately and on time. Assist students in completing formalities related to course joining and orientation. Lead Management & Reporting: Maintain and regularly update student lead databases with current status and follow-up actions. Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead conversions and admissions.Required Qualifications and Skills:Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in admissions, customer service, or a related field. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local languages; confident phone and in-person presence.
