We’re looking for aCommunity Success Managerto cultivate, engage, and expand our no-code developer ecosystem—while being flexible enough to support early-stage operational needs.Role OverviewAs ourCommunity Success Manager , you’ll be the face and voice of Fuzen to the no-code community. This means you’ll lead our efforts to attract and nurture talented no-code developers, organize events and workshops, and build a vibrant online community. In the short term, you may also step in to assist with client or freelancer coordination, but the main focus is on building an engaged community that thrives on collaboration and knowledge-sharing.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Building & Engagement Design and implement strategies to grow and activate our no-code developer community. Organize events, webinars, and online discussions that foster skill-sharing and collaboration. Develop community guidelines, success stories, and best practices to inspire platform adoption. Communication & Content Serve as the main point of contact for community members—responding to inquiries, facilitating introductions, and encouraging engagement. Create compelling content for social media, newsletters, and community forums to keep members informed and enthusiastic about Fuzen’s platform and opportunities. Advocacy & Evangelism Represent Fuzen at relevant online and offline meetups, conferences, and industry events. Advocate for community needs with internal teams, shaping new product features or platform improvements that benefit no-code builders. Early-Stage Flexibility Support occasional project coordination or freelancer matching—especially in the initial phases of growth. Liaise with customers and freelancers if needed, ensuring smooth project execution and gathering valuable user feedback. Metrics & Continuous Improvement Track community growth, engagement, and retention metrics. Gather insights from community interactions to continually refine engagement strategies. Present ideas for improving the user experience, building better processes, and driving overall platform adoption.What We’re Looking ForProven Community Experience : 2–5+ years creating and managing user communities (tech, no-code, or dev communities a big plus). No-Code Enthusiasm : Familiar with tools like Bubble, Webflow, Zapier, or Airtable—or at least eager to become an expert quickly. Outstanding People Skills : Empathy, communication, and a knack for bringing people together around a common goal. Content Creation & Storytelling : Comfortable writing blog posts, newsletters, or leading virtual workshops/webinars. Event Planning & Facilitation : Experience organizing meetups, hackathons, or digital events—online or in-person. Startup Mindset : Willing to wear multiple hats, experiment with new ideas, and adapt to changing priorities.
